Very rarely do you meet someone and know from the moment you introduce yourself that they will be a vital part to your growth and success as a person. I met Adam a few years ago in the gym and always had good camaraderie with him, but it took it to a whole new level once I explained to Adam my illness of Cystic Fibrosis that I’ve had since I was born. Unlike many of the people that would find a reason to give pity, Adam took genuine interest in my situation and has been a driving force in my process of physical, mental and emotional healing from the 22 years of trauma I’ve accumulated.
Over the past two years or so, I can honestly say that Adam has become my best friend and someone I can rely on for anything. At first our friendship was based around the gym and competitive bodybuilding, but as time has gone on, I’ve realized that Adam is hands down the wisest person I know. You hear about people that radiate positive energy, but in society you rarely see it. He’s got it, and has a good enough heart to share that energy through his work. I always wondered how and why he was so upbeat and happy all the time, and in working with him, I feel that I’m on a fast path to realizing that positive radiance for myself. He’s worked with me hands on in meditation and makes it very easy to absorb the information; he’s also recommended books to me and videos to watch throughout the week to further enhance my mind to work in ways that it hasn’t before.
A big part of changing is wanting to do it, and breaking the subconscious patterns we’ve downloaded into our minds as children. With Adam’s help, I’m realizing that I’m not a victim of my heredity and can do anything I want to if I work for it and rewrite my path that was initially written out for me in the back of my mind. I’m learning about myself in new ways each and every day, human evolution is 100% possible, and now I’m seeing it first hand. I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years, and I’m making conscious efforts to keep it that way.
Without Adams assistance, I would be focused on the hardships of the past and not focused on the bigger picture at hand that can heal me. I’m forever grateful for the time and effort he has invested into me as a client and friend. I’d recommend Adam and his teachings to anybody looking for an edge in life, whether its competitive athletics, or someone suffering from the habit of being themselves; he will assist you in creating the best version of yourself, I promise that.
